terms of service
When ordering a commission, the customer agrees with the following terms:
I have the right to refuse any request, for many reasons;
I'll start working after receiving 50% of the value of the commission. The remaining 50% must be paid after the customer allows the lineart process to begin;
NO REFUNDS;
The commission production period (on average) can take around 5 to 10 days (depending on the complexity of the order, other commissions in queue, personal problems or work, as, unfortunately, I don't make a living from art and only have less than 5 daily hours after work to invest in it);
The customer MUST provide CLEAR references and instructions, good communication is ESSENTIAL to avoid headaches for both;
I will send WIPs (pictures of current commission progress) throughout the process and wait for the customer's response regarding new changes, their satisfaction with the current state of the project, etc. I will continue the project as soon as the client confirms that everything is ok or what they want to change. This is a very important step in the commission process, good communication should be prioritized. Please do not neglect it;
Sudden changes to the process may be made during the sketch stage. Once the customer approves the sketch and allows me to proceed to the lineart stage, only minor changes will be accepted. Given this, I reiterate: it is ESSENTIAL that the customer DOES NOT NEGLECT CLEAR COMMUNICATION during the initial stages, thus aiming to avoid greater regrets in later stages;
The images will be sent by email, and the customer must provide it as soon as they confirm their interest in the order and purchase it;
If the customer wants, in addition to the images in the order, the files used in the project (.psd, .psb, .kra, .krz, etc.), they must pay an additional 50% of the commission value;
I may use commission projects to build my portfolio and/or promote my work on my socials;
Do not alter, crop or remove my watermark or claim my art as yours;
The customer, when using, publishing and sharing the commission's art, must give due credit to me. This adds value to my efforts, helping me gain more visibility and, potentially, more job opportunities. I will be extremely grateful;
My goal is not to make the process of your order difficult, I want to help as much as possible to take your ideas to the world and for the customer to be satisfied with the final result of my work. Therefore, I ask that the customer be patient and try as much as possible to maintain the best communication possible, we both seek a satisfactory result for your project.
Thank you in advance for your interest and confidence in my work. I appreciate your attention.
